Want to know how independent fractional real estate works?  Beginning in 2009 we discuss everything daily from A to Z. Join us LIVE daily.  All you need is internet access.  Join us anonymously if you'd like.  Our LIVE internet workshops are for registered users only.

Workshop day, time and topics are as follows:

Mondays, 2:00 EST - property suitability, pricing, the independent fractional listing service and your questions

Tuesdays, 2:00 EST - the co-ownership operating agreement and your questions

Wednesdays, 2:00 EST - the co-ownership operating agreement and your questions

Thursdays, 2:00 EST - the Priority Reservation Agreement, the purchase contract addendum and your questions

Fridays, 2:00 EST - the closing, the HUD settlement, after-closing property management/administration and your questions

Important!  Access codes to the workshops change daily.  You must request an access code each time you want to join us.  Your request must be received more than 1 hour prior to start time.
